Finishing university this year or next?. An employment and careers day for university students with a disability will be held at the University of Sydney on Monday 23 November from 11am to 2pm.
'Managing Disability at Work - The things you need to know' is open to all currently enrolled uni students with a disability in NSW. It will offer practical career strategies and programs to give you an edge in a tough job market.
University Careers Advisors will be available and a light lunch will be provided.
Presenters include:
• Benjamin Harvey – Founder / Principal of Skimming Stone Marketing and Communications
• Dawson Ko - Stepping Into and Willing and Able Mentoring Program, UTS Graduate
• Samantha French – Senior Consultant, Australian Employers' Network on Disability
• Rosemary Kayess – NSW Disability Discrimination Legal Centre.
